What if I can't find the piece I am looking for?

At inuitartzone.com we travel all across Canada to offer you the best selection of Inuit art on the Internet. If you are looking for a piece by a particular artist or some special piece just send us a detailed description and we will keep on looking for your diamond until we find it.

Do your online images look like the sculptures do?

The photographs are as realistic as possible and usually sculptures look much better in real so if you like the images you will love the sculpture. However if you feel we have missed an angle or you would like to have a closer look we can email you as many images as you want.

How secure is your web site?

Inuitartzone.com is now a fully SECURED website and we can now accept credit cards online with our partner PAYSYSTEMS.COM.. All information sent by email will be kept secret and our representative will contact you personally to get all the information needed to complete the transaction if you wish to pay by another method of payment.

What if my piece arrives broken or I thought it would look different ?

As you can see on our shipping page we wrap our piece like museums do so the chances of a sculptures being damaged in transit are limited. However if your piece is damaged or even if you are not sure you still like it our satisfaction guarantee leaves you 15 days to return it.

Do you accept exchange or buy sculptures?

We are always looking for new pieces to add to our gallery collection and if you think you have something for us send us an email with images or call us and we will consider all serious offers.
