This unique portfolio of reproductions of eskimo drawings is timeless and very sophisticated at the same time. Unique in that the artists are using birght non-indigenous colours: timeless in that the eskimos have always drawn on sealskin, on stone, on tusks; sophisticated in that these drawings were reproduced by modern mechanical methods (extracts form Norman Hay text)
